2️⃣ Step 2: Choose the store you’d usually shop in 🛍️
After logging in, you will see a list of partner brands on the homepage.
These include well-known stores such as Nike, Trip.com, Shopee, and iHerb.
For example, if you shop at Nike or book travel on Trip.com, you can earn crypto cashback through Laguna. Popular marketplaces like Shopee and wellness brands such as iHerb are also available, depending on your region.
Before shopping, you can select the crypto token you’d like to receive as cashback.
Available options may include USDT, SOL, XAUT (Tether Gold/ Digital Gold), or other supported tokens. The cashback rate may vary depending on the token selected. 🪙
Once you’ve chosen your preferred token, click the brand’s “Shop Now” button.
Laguna will redirect you to the official store website. From there, everything works like normal online shopping.
3️⃣ Step 3: Complete Your Purchase 🌟
Once you finish checkout, Laguna begins tracking your purchase.
In most cases, your order is tracked within 48 hours, sometimes 1 to 7 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s recorded.
Inside your Laguna account, the reward will appear as Pending.
This simply means the merchant is validating the purchase.
4️⃣ Step 4: Wait for Merchant Validation 🫷
Cashback platforms require a confirmation period.
The merchant needs to confirm:
The order was not canceled ❌
The item was not returned ❌
The payment was completed ❌
This validation period usually takes between 30 to 120 days, depending on the merchant, as they need time to confirm that the product hasn’t been refunded or the service hasn’t been canceled.
*Do note that for travel merchants, the redeemable period may take up to 120 days post travel (e.g. after your flight or hotel stay)
Once confirmed, your reward becomes redeemable.
